Terms of service

Effective 21 August 2026. These terms apply when you evaluate, purchase, or use AI FLOW. Commercial service begins when you accept a displayed plan, checkout, or written order.

Service use

You must provide accurate business information, protect your account, obtain any required consent from your customers, and use connected communication channels in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.

AI responses and availability

AI-generated replies may require review and configuration. AI FLOW does not guarantee that every reply, lead, appointment, sale, integration, or third-party platform will be accurate, available, or completed.

Billing and renewal

Subscription pricing and billing frequency are shown before payment. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Any success fee or custom work must be stated in the customer's written order.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal. Refund eligibility is described in our refund and cancellation policy.
